Let's start with our country. It wasn't always ours, which probably comes as no surprise. But what may be surprising is how it has presented itself. The country has always had its roots in wine. Long ago, in 1202, the monks of Fontcaude Abbey started growing vines here. We have no idea what it tasted like then, as there is nothing left of it, but we can imagine it was fine wine. Then, during the revolution of 1789, the government took over and expelled the monks.

We have been here on this land since 1791. Passed down from generation to generation. The land, the passion and the knowledge

We never use animal products in the making of our wines. No eggs or dairy, nothing. We use grapes, a lot.
