Ferghettina Franciacorta Brut has a light golden yellow color and fine bubbles in the glass. In the nose aromas of apple, toast and a touch of citrus fruit. Round and fruity taste with pleasant acidity and a medium long aftertaste.

Ferghettina's Franciacorta Brut represents the soul and style of this beautiful sparkling wine reality. It comes to life in the beautiful setting of the hills of Adro, in the Brescia region.

Especially the Chardonnay grapes and Pinot Noir are delicately pressed in whole bunches. Only the first juice obtained from the first pressing, the juice with the best quality characteristics, reaches the fermentation tank. The wine rests until the following spring and is then bottled for the second fermentation. Aging on the lees lasts 24 months.

The color is straw yellow and has a small and persistent perlage. Approaching the nose to the edge of the glass there is a very elegant perfume, with notes of hazelnut and light hints of sweet fruit. In the mouth, the perceptions of the nose are reconfirmed and remain constant until the end of the mouth in a sip of freshness.

Sparkling wine that goes perfectly with delicate fish-based first courses and side dishes, even raw. Also recommended with crustaceans.
