Domaine Loïs Dufouleur owns the wines that are made at the domaine are made from Pinot noir, and Chardonnay grapes, but because the 5 hectares of wine areas they own are divided over 14 different Appelations, it is still possible to make a different characteristic wine from the same Grape . All wines are aged in wooden barrels.

With respect for nature, Domaine Lois Dufouleur makes wines in a traditional way and this benefits the wines through perfection, the typical aromas are reflected in the wine the Clos des Perrieres that we offer on our website is therefore full of red fruit tones, earthy tones with a beautiful complexity.
