White wine from the Piedmont
Azienda Mario Giribaldi Arneis Langhe Milandola An intense straw yellow color with golden reflections; delicate and light. With different floral notes and especially white flowers are clearly recognizable in the nose. Sensations of peaches, melon and passion flower. In the mouth it is full, soft with sensations of apples and melon.
PRODUCTION ZONE
This Arneis comes from the vineyard "Prato della Porta" in the area of Rodello and is located 430 meters above sea level. The vineyard is located on hilly terrain with clayey, loose and fertile soil with a South East exposure.
TRIM SYSTEM AND VINEYARDS
This organic vineyard is composed exclusively of Arneis (native vines). The trimming system is adapted Casarsa with 4,200 vines per hectare.
TECHNOLOGICAL LISTINGS
A soft pressing of the grapes and a cold decantation for 24 hours: a temperature-controlled fermentation (18-20 °C) for 30 days followed by 90 days on its yeast: (to extract the mano protein) the wine then rests for at least two months in the Bottle .
CHARACTERISTICS
An intense straw yellow color with golden reflections; delicate and light. The different floral tones and especially white flowers are clearly visible in the nose. Sensations of peaches, melon and passion flower. soft with sensations of apples and melon.
FOOD PAIRING
A pleasant aperitif, it goes well with starters, fish, sushi, shellfish and light cheese.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 13-16°C
The Giribaldi winery started at the beginning of the 20th century and has been producing wines for three generations. In these days times were hard, and farming was not only a means of income but also a real pride for those who loved their land, it took blood sweat and tears to make a living and a price for it paid. Ultimately, Azienda Mario Giribaldi has grown into an excellent winery.
The wines of Mario Giribaldi are almost all grown organically, which in turn benefits people and nature, Giribaldi's top wine is his Barolo Ravera Organically made and from a special piece of vineyard with the highest quality.
